Our story begins with water kefir, which is a naturally fermented drink with ancient roots.
It is made with water, organic cane sugar/fruits,
and living probiotic cultures called water kefir grains (or crystals).
The result? A light, sparkling drink, rich in good bacteria, enzymes, and subtle aromas.
At Krystô, we honor this ancestral process
and elevate it with vibrant ingredients to create living, healing elixirs that serve both body and mind.
A little word from the founder...
Krystô wasn’t born from a business plan. It grew out of a personal transformation, a journey that only made sense in hindsight. At the time, I was out of alignment. My energy was off. My body was talking to me, and I finally started listening.
What began as curiosity about fermentation and nourishment slowly became a way home, back into balance, into vitality, into clarity, into presence. Along the way, Krystô took shape. Not just as a drink, but as a living reflection of that shift.
Krystô is about reconnecting. With yourself. With nature. With the spark that makes you feel alive. Cheers!
